10 year BHP Anniversary Reunion
1st Newcastle Bar Mill Reunion. [One Steel Employee’s]
On the 30th September 1999 the Men and Women of Steel walked out of the Main Gate for the last time.
In September we hold a Reunion to bring the "Men and Women of Steel" back together again to talk about the past, present and future.
The Newcastle Industrial Heritage Assoc, will hold the 10th BHP Employee's Reunion and Newcastle Bar Mill 1st Reunion.
For BHP Employee’s 1915 to 1999 -- One Steel Employee’s 2000 to2009.
The Reunion is on Saturday 26th September 2009 at the Mayfield, Sport and Rec Club, Crebert St Mayfield.
One Steel Employee's and ex BHP Newcastle Contractors are invited. .
Entry is Free. 12.30pm Start.
